1966 Born in Iwate Prefecture
1992 Studied under Mr. Takeyoshi, the owner of Kokuji ware pottery
1995 Started making pottery in Noda Village
Nissin Foods Contemporary Ceramics "Menbachi Grand Prize Exhibition" Excellence Award
1998 Started firing in an anagama kiln
2000: Won the Grand Prize at the 38th Asahi Ceramic Art Exhibition
