Started making leather bags and small leather goods at home.

Moved to his wife's hometown, Tottori Prefecture

Became an apprentice to Makoto Nagasaki (a rattan craftsman) and began making rattan baskets.
2015
Started selling rattan baskets
2023
Received the Crafts Encouragement Award at the 98th National Exhibition
2024
Certified as a traditional craftsman of Tottori Prefecture
