Lee Jae Hyo

Lee Jae-hyo

Lee Jae-Hyo's sculptures are forms built by massing natural wood, stones and leaves.
To produce works of such scale, they are made in a factory-like studio on the basis of complex and precise calculations in mathematics and mechanics.
With reverence for nature and the pull of cosmic gravity added, they are philosophical, familiar and gentle.
