Born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1958
1981: Trained in the design and painting departments at the Saga Prefectural Ceramic Research Institute
Worked at Hizen kilns for 10 years from 1982
1993: Became independent in Nishiarita
2003: Moved to Hamatama-cho, Karatsu City, and built Tenpyo Kiln
A wide range of works including colored enamel, blue and white porcelain, white porcelain, and Annam
