Born in Tokyo in 1935
1968: Built an anagama kiln in the mountains of Shigaraki
1974: Created a relief for the Okinawa Ocean Expo
1979 Solo exhibition at Nyoian, Daitokuji Temple Solo exhibition at Urasenke
1998: Exhibited at the Shigaraki Exhibition at the Kosetsu Museum of Art
1991 First solo exhibition in the United States at Gallery Zero, Rockefeller Center, New York
1992: His work was added to the collection of the Kitcho Yuki Art Museum (Osaka)
1993 First solo exhibition in Germany at the Munich Gallery Fred Hahn Studio
1994: His work was added to the collection of the Yale University Art Museum (USA)
2002: Invited to exhibit at China-Japan-Korea International Ceramics Exhibition at Fo Guang Art Museum, Taipei, Taiwan
Invited to exhibit at the International Ceramic Workshop at the Icheon World Ceramic Center in Korea
2003: His works are collected by the Yeongam Pottery Cultural Center in Korea.
