Graduated from the University of Nanterre, Paris 10. Doctor of Aesthetics and Philosophy.
1989
Discovered pottery after meeting ceramic artist Shozo Tanida in San Miguel, Mexico
1992
Teaching at the Louvre Museum Atelier Course (until '06)
1993
Produced in Ryoji Koie's studio and other pottery studios around Japan (until 1995)
1999
Stayed in Kyoto for 4 months as part of a French Ministry of Foreign Affairs selection program
(Author of "Japanese Ceramics / From its Origins to 2000 Years", published in Paris, etc.)
2006
"Etes vous RAKU?", a book about Raku ware, published in Paris
2010
Sagawa Art Museum Raku Kichizaemon Gallery "Kichizaemon x Under the Sky of Loubignac" Two-person Exhibition
2015
Invited to exhibit at "Reveration" at the Grand Palais in Paris
2019: 3-month residency and production in Jingdezhen, China
Solo exhibition at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi in 2023
Since 2010, he has held numerous solo exhibitions in France and Japan.
