Morihisa Suzuki XVI

Born in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture in 1972.
Graduated from the Department of Crafts, Tokyo University of the Arts, majoring in metal casting in 1996.
In 2008, he started working on metal casting crafts under the 15th generation Suzuki Morihisa at Suzuki Morihisa Studio, which was founded in 1620.
He became the company's president and representative director in 2014.
2024: Succeeds the 16th Suzuki Morihisa
