The shipping method is that designated by our shop;as a rule, it cannot be chosen by the customer.
As a rule, we also do not accept requests for a delivery time slot or date.

A shipping charge applies for each delivery address.

Please pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that charges may differ from the list depending on the packing method, the quantity, shipment in separate parcels and so on.

- Honshu and Shikoku: 1,500–5,000 yen (varies with the size of the work)
- Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa: 2,500–6,000 yen

● Delivery time

We deliver within one week to one month of confirming your order.
Delivery time varies depending on, for example, whether a paulownia wood box is required.
We will contact you if a delay is unavoidable.
If you are in a hurry, or think the item may not arrive in time because of a holiday period, please consult us by email.

 

● Cancellation after shipment

If an order is cancelled after the item has been shipped, we cannot refund the shipping charge.
