Have there ever been such difficult Olympic Games since their inception in Olympia, Greece?
Will it be held? Will it even be possible? Who would have imagined that an Olympics like this would be held in Tokyo, where we would not even be able to see off the torch relay runners as they run around Japan, or even be able to watch the event?
Still, it breaks my heart to think of the athletes around the world who continued to believe and practice.
In particular, the Japanese athletes who hosted the games were truly admirable as they overcame the mental anguish and strived for medals.
I'm sure the smiles of the athletes will invigorate people all over Japan and the world.
